We at David Wenzel Salon understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We want to make this as easy as possible for you and our stylists.
David Wenzel Salon kindly ask that you provide a 24 hour notice of your cancellation so we will have ample time to provide the stylist with the opportunity to fill that cancelled time with another appointment.
Any appointment cancelled the day of service may be subject to paying 50% of the booked service prior to rescheduling.
Missed appointments or “no shows” may be subject to paying 100% of the missed service prior to rescheduling. A client who has “no showed” more than one time will be required to provide a credit card to hold the appointment.
Credit cards are placed in an encrypted format and will not be accessible to any staff member of David Wenzel Salon. If an appointment is missed you may be charged the full amount of the service.
Appointments are booked according to the service and the client, therefore we unfortunately are not able to switch appointments between two people. Some certain circumstances may allow us to switch appointments however must be approved by management and stylist performing the service to allow for the proper time and to provide the best experience.
