CANCELLATION POLICY
David Wenzel Salon understands that life happens and you may need to cancel, or reschedule your appointment. We want to make this as easy as possible for you, and our stylist team.
A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. We accept Visa Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment; in the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was missed. ‘No shows’ are included under this policy and will be charged 100% of the missed service.
Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled for.

We strive to create the look you desire and want you to be happy with your hair. We guarantee our work as long as you had invested in the product recommended by your stylist. Because of the science and advanced technology in the products our salon carries, we unfortunately cannot guarantee our services with any product used that was not recommended or agreed by our stylists. If in the event you may not absolutely love your hair, you must contact the salon within 7 days after your appointment. We will make every effort to correct the issues complimentary. We care and appreciate our clients and always want you to leave loving your hair!
